Travel to the islands across from Braithwaite Manor in Lemoyne to pick it up.

The Cat Eye Trinket's effect is very valuable: it increases the duration of all fortifying tonics by 20%. This means a bonus to one or more player cores from tobacco, medicine, alcohol, seasoned food, or camp stew will last much longer.
